Felipe Fonseca is co-founder of MetaReciclagem, researcher and coordinator of projects related to collective production, independent media, open software and critical appropriation of technology. Felipe Fonseca has been one of the coordinators of the Digital Culture project, and responsible for developing the online interfaces to over 600 media centers that have been implemented by the Brazil's Ministry of Culture.
